Guten Tag Everyone,

That is hello in German.  I have always liked the language and its use of some gutteral sounds.  Also I bought software to learn German.

Wow, I love the internet, just when I thought I had gone completely crazy (as opposed to just partly there) trying to complete this assignment I decided to try my google-fu skills once more (oh and I read the section in chapter eight titled Coursesite Access for Students with Disabilities).  Lo and behold (I think that’s how it’s said, I heard Dr. Newberry use it once and I had to look it up in the dictionary) I found a lot of information online about ADA compliance, I also learned that their are a lot of lawsuit happy individuals that take advantage of the law to make money by suing non-compliant businesses.

I used one of the tools I found to check my own website and I wasn’t really surprised to learn that I had nine Known Problems, 10 Likely Problems and 33 Potential Problems.  It is going to take some time to fix but I will get right on it.

Ambo everyone,

This is hello in Papua New Guinea.  An interesting fact about this small island country is that there are over 800 distinct languages in this little known or explored country.  Also less than half the island is Papua New Guinea from which we staged an offensive into Japan during WWII (actually Australia did).

I am still alive, but just barely.  I have never worked so hard for so long in my life, I now have a newfound respect for people who can pull off two jobs and make time for their family.  I am currently working 50+ hours a week, driving about 1500 miles a month (I know this because I get reimbursed my mileage) and my only real day off is Sunday, except that because Dr. Newberry is such a strict task master (actually he’s pretty easy to please) and demands that we actually learn something in his courses my Sundays are devoted to sleeping and homework (oh and church, how else will my prayers of passing this course be granted).

01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 Everyone

This is hello in binary code.  You’re probably asking yourself why is this person (nutjob?) writing in binary code, well here is the story:  A couple of weeks ago my personal email account was hacked, and I like any good (lazy) person kept all of my original emails that I received when I opened a bank account, an eBay account, a PayPal account, my work email password and MEDs access codes (this is especially bad since this code gives me access to the states’ information servers), my CSUSB passwords and even my Hostmonster account password, this person now had all my private information.  I wasn’t too worried until I realized that she also had the code to my Pokemon character, now I was really worried, she could derail countless hours of work in building up my character; I had no choice I jumped to action.  Now I know that all of you are probably thinking “poor thing” (or she’s not very bright is she?) but I can assure you the situation is (mostly) under control, it only took me a couple of weeks, a small amount of money and my sanity but things are almost back to normal.

So now your thinking “okay what is the point to this story?”  It is this, binary code is what most computers use to run its various programs including hacking software, it is also what the FBI’s computers use to find these hackers.  I did do a little investigating on my own, I was able to find the persons IP address and I tracked it back to a host company that keeps their information confidential, I (actually a very computer literate and expensive friend) was able to track down a name and address of this individual in Texas, most likely the name was made up but the address is a home in Texas (verified using Zillow).  I of course sent a massive email to everyone about this situation and gave the authorities the information I had gathered, eventually.

So rest assured, my Pokemon character is again fully under my control.
