Aah Everyone,

This is hello as said by a woman in South Africa, it sounds kinda like what I say to my daughter when she asks for pretty much anything: “huh?”

According to teenage law, teenagers are not allowed to communicate with their parents (or another adult who doesn’t act like an idiot, err, I mean immature) under penalty of being considered uncool.  This is a pretty effective deterrent when it comes to being asked for iPods and laptops and seriously expensive jeans (that look like they are older than dirt, what with all the tears and stains, if she wants that I’m sure I can find a hobo who would be willing to trade them for a new pair of jeans from the local Target, I think I’m digressing since parenthesis are not meant for long explanations or rants) and tacky jewelry or other luxuries such as food on a daily basis and heat during the winter.  Kids have it easier nowadays, I remember when (this is when you begin to daydream) I was young and living here in the Coachella Valley and walking three miles in the snow (or was it flower fields?, same difference) to get to school all while lugging my backpack bought at Kmart.  Okay getting to my point…, did I have one?

Okay I remember I did have a point.  But I realized it didn’t really matter, so I will just let everyone know that I have enjoyed this course and spending some “time” with passionate and creative people.  I will see you all at the finals get together (pizza party) in Redlands.
